Adam McCorkle

Adam McCorkle performs around the north Georgia area as a solo singer/guitarist. Adam performs a variety of covers ranging from classic rock, pop, and country. Adam is known for his great song selection, and his southern accent is fitting for most of the Outlaw and Americana country sounds that are popular today. Adam began performing at the age of 15 in hard rock and alternative bands in the Augusta, Georgia, area. He played both rhythm and lead guitar for several bands, including Line Driver and The Insect Calm. At that time, some of his band's music could be heard on several Georgia college radio stations. After a 20-year hiatus, Adam returned to the music scene as a solo artist, embracing his small-town roots with a focus on 80s and 90s country music and newer country-rock sounds. If you catch Adam performing live, don't be surprised if you hear some of those Hard Rock and Grunge songs from his teenage years surface in his setlist.
