LED WALL RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026​

1. Return Window

Customers have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to submit a written return request.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all included

accessories and documentation.

3. Return Authorization (RA)

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued prior to shipment. Unauthorized

returns may be refused.

 

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless due to verified defect or seller error.

Returns must be insured and trackable.

 

5. Restocking Fee

Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the original purchase price.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Products

Damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video

documentation.

 

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

 

8. Custom & Special Orders

Custom-built, configured systems, and special-order LED products are non-returnable.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Southeast Elite Entertainment, LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

 

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
