LED WALL LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
1. Warranty Term
Southeast Elite Entertainment, LLC provides a two (2) year limited warranty on LED wall
products beginning on the original date of delivery.
2. Coverage During Warranty Period
During the two-year warranty period, Southeast Elite Entertainment, LLC will repair or replace
defective parts at no charge if the failure is determined to be due to manufacturer defect under
normal and proper use.
3. Post-Warranty Support
After the expiration of the two-year warranty period, replacement parts may still be provided;
however, parts and shipping will be billed at the current market rate.
4. What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in LED modules, receiving cards, power supplies,
and internal electronic components when used according to provided specifications and
operating guidelines.
5. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized
modification, neglect, accidents, power surges, water exposure, improper voltage, or normal
wear and tear.
6. Installation & Training Support
Operation manuals, software, and technical documentation are provided. CAD drawings and
system configuration support may be supplied when applicable. Training support may be
available upon request.
7. Warranty Claim Procedure
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and include supporting documentation such
as photos or video of the issue. Southeast Elite Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to
inspect or request return of defective components prior to approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
Southeast Elite Entertainment, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages, including loss of revenue, event disruption, or rental income.
9. Governing Law
This warranty policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
